I made curry for dinner tonight. . . This was my first attempt. My sister gave me a cute jar of curry that she'd picked up in Singapore (I think . . .) that made me want to try. . .then, I had some Coconut Curry last week on the recommendation of my friend, Kristine - and it was heavenly! SO, I had the curry, I had the craving - I decided to try my hand at a coconut curry for my family. It was really easy - my kitchen smelled wonderful, and we were ready to try it. The result: PERFECTION . The girls ** LOVED ** it, all asking for seconds and the picky ones even eating the chunky tomatoes that were in there! Hooray!
