REUNION!!!

Image
I might as well post more now - I'm on a roll!! We had the amazing experience this summer to go to beautiful Banff, Alberta, CANADA for our first Chipman Family Reunion!! It was wonderful. Everything a reunion is supposed to be. We had the best photographer there, too (My sis-in-law, Diamond!) and she took this great shot of the whole Chipman Clan. (Oldest to youngest - although we are not standing in that order - I just thought it would be fun!!) We have Gail and Clark (who started it all!!!)then Tristin, Amber, Megan, Isaac, Milo, Hilary, Kasia, Kyle, Lance, Robert, Isaak, Danika, Madison, Ashley, Hailee, Lillian, Gabriella, Reese, Evan, and Vivien.

Memories . . .

I stole this from Tamara. 1. Leave a comment on my blog, one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! 2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

No More Babies. . .

I can't believe that my little Vivie is THREE. Three YEARS old!!! Incredible. . . She has a passion for life and a strong little personality!! And, she's never short of witty and clever things to say. She walked into the bathroom a few minutes ago, and just stood there. I followed her and asked her if she needed anything, and she lazily replied, 'No. . . I just need to do my paperwork. . . in the bathtub.' What a silly sweetie. . . The other thing she does is love everything. . . for example: "The tea is too hot, sweetie!" "That's ok. I love hot!" or "I love too heavy!" or "I love prickles!" with a shrug of her cute little shoulders. . . a couple of weeks ago I was getting quite frustrated with her and I said, "Vivie - I'm not very happy about . . . " to which she replied, (while gently stroking my face!), "I'm happy with you, mommy!" Thank goodness for those moments. Heavenly Father kno

ALBERTA BOUND

Image
I can't believe we finally made it! After three long days in the van (the best purchase we *ever* made!), we arrived in Alberta! I blared Paul Brandt's song "Albera Bound" as loud as any of us could stand it and sobbed as we came into the country. Ah. . . bliss. . . We are in Raymond visiting Grammy and Papa Moe - Milo's mom and stepdad. And of course his sister Christi and her husband, Merrill and their great kids, Spencer, Claire and Marissa. The girls are *loving* hanging with their cousins and we're revelling in being with family. I have a feeling this month is going to go much too quickly. . .
